Marcela Rodríguez César is originally from Saltillo, Mexico.

 

She is a Mexican artist and designer.

 

 

Her interest in art and painting began at the age of 5 when she began taking oil painting classes. As time went by, she became involved in different techniques such as pencil drawing, charcoal, acrylic, pastels and watercolor.

 

She has a degree in Industrial Design at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, which allowed her to expand her creative skills. She also had the opportunity to study and take courses both within the country and abroad, where she learned the "fresco" technique and perfected her anatomical drawing skills in Italy.

 

Her artwork is distinguished by her attention to detail and her realistic technique, transmitting a sensitivity to people. Her commissioned works accompany the viewer, forming part of their own spaces, connecting with the purpose of the work.

 

She has collaborated in the illustration of 1 book abroad and 3 local books, “Saltillo Ilustrado” being the most recent.

 

She currently has her art studio in Saltillo and a business called: "Wine and Canvas", where she offers the experience of a painting class accompanied by a wine tasting.
